Hell this suit is included in the DVD for Batman Forever on the bonus features for crying out loud! Also if it was for Tim Burton's Robin, wouldn't the picture be a black guy in the outfit considering Marlon Waynes was considered for Robin back for Batman Returns? You could argue his weird wolverine hair but the filmmakers were trying to make the Robin for the 90s. The art style also resembles the other concept art design for Batman Forever like Riddelr, the batcave and Batmobile. All of which resemble the concept art they wanted. Many of the toys made for the actual movie by Kenner had prototype toys of Robin with this weird X cross looking mask for Robin. Yes many people all over the Internet had made articles and fan arts based on this specific Robin for a Tim Burton made movie, but it wasn't.
